Really good cleanliness, comfy king bed, and accommodating staff. Breakfast got me ready for the day, close to eateries.

Well-maintained and nice hotel located so close to the multiple stores and restaurants in the area. Brand-new, bright room with climate control and a writing desk. The staff was friendly, the bed was great. Unbeatable and comfy location in the middle of jackson, and 15 minute walk from Best Buy:)))

The room was overly noisy . I couldn't believe there was a party just beneath my window that kept me awake until 4 am. Despite calling the front desk multiple times, it took far too long for them to resolve the issue, and I ended up getting zero sleep. This was disappointing for a one-night stay.

Now, on the flip side, the suite was a bit cramped considering the name, and the bathroom could've used more counter space. Figuring out the card power situation took some time-definitely a head-scratcher!
